In this course, Toby Davey addresses the issues of what constitutes an error of law requiring the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (the Tribunal) to reconsider its decision in an appeal by a party to an appeal under section 82 or 83 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002. He also considers the issues of credibility and Section 8 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants etc.) Act 2004.
